These terms apply when you use this website or buy a product from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

HPresets is an independent shop selling digital audio products (presets, impulse responses and proxy captures) for use with the Line 6 Helix Stadium and Helix Stadium XL. Our products are not designed for older Helix units (Floor, Rack, LT, Stomp, Stomp XL, HX Effects). Contact us at hello@helix-stadium.com.

Not affiliated with Line 6 or Yamaha

HPresets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Line 6, Yamaha Guitar Group, Yamaha Corporation or the Yamaha Music Group. “Helix”, “Helix Stadium” and “Line 6” are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to describe the hardware and software our products are designed to work with.

Your licence

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own music. That includes studio recordings, live performance, streaming, releases and commercial productions. The licence is granted to you, the purchaser.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or upload the files anywhere, including to file-sharing sites, sample libraries or other marketplaces.
• Give the files to other people, including bandmates, students or clients. Each person needs their own licence.
• Use the files to train machine-learning models or as input to derivative preset, IR or capture products.

If you want to use a product in a way these terms do not cover, email us and ask.

Delivery

Products are delivered as instant digital downloads after payment is confirmed. You will get an email with a download link, and the files will also appear in your account library. Download links do not expire under normal use.

Refunds

Because everything we sell is a digital file that can be downloaded and kept, we do not offer routine refunds. Where there is a legitimate problem (you bought the wrong product by mistake, the files will not open, something was misrepresented) email us and we will sort it out. We are reasonable. See the refund policy for the details.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the product page in the currency listed. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you paid. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

No warranty

Our products are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a specific preset, IR or capture will sound a particular way on your rig. Tone is subjective and rigs vary. We do our best to describe what each product is and is not.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to what you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
