Refund Policy

Short version

Everything we sell is a digital file. Once you have downloaded it, you have it, so we do not offer routine, no-questions-asked refunds. That said, if there is a real problem we will sort it out. We are reasonable.

When we will refund

  • You bought the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded the files yet.
  • The files are broken, corrupted or will not load on the device they are advertised for, and we cannot fix it.
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.
  • Anything else where it is clear something genuinely went wrong. Tell us and we will work it out.

When we will not refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading.
  • You did not like the sound, or it did not fit your rig. Tone is subjective and we cannot take a product back once you have heard it. We recommend reading product pages and listening to any audio samples carefully before buying.
  • You bought it ages ago and only just got around to opening it.
  • You bought our products for an older Helix unit. Everything we sell is for the Helix Stadium and Helix Stadium XL only. It is called out on every product page and we will not refund buyer’s remorse over device compatibility.
  • It is clearly a request to download for free.

Digital products are easy to keep and easy to abuse with refund requests, which is why we are strict about this. Apologies to anyone honest who runs into the rule. It exists because of the dishonest minority.

How to ask

Email hello@helix-stadium.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply within a couple of business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where local law gives you a stronger right than what is written here, that right applies.
