This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or buy something from us, what we do with it, and how to get in touch about it.

Who runs this site

HPresets is an independent shop and is not affiliated with Line 6, Yamaha Guitar Group or the Yamaha Music Group. Contact: hello@helix-stadium.com.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, billing address and the items you bought. Our payment provider handles your card details. We never see them.
  • When you create an account: your email address, a hashed password and your order history.
  • When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
  • When you browse the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and any cookies described below.

Why we collect it

  • To process your order and deliver the files you bought.
  • To let you log back in and re-download products you have already paid for.
  • To reply to your support emails.
  • To keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
  • To send you a receipt and, only if you opted in, occasional product update emails.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed to run the shop: a session cookie so the cart works, an authentication cookie if you are logged in, and a checkout cookie set by our payment provider. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Who we share data with

Only the services we need to run the shop:

  • Our payment provider, to process payments.
  • Our hosting and email provider, to run the site and send transactional email (receipts, password resets, download links).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email hello@helix-stadium.com if you want to:

  • See what we hold about you.
  • Correct something.
  • Close your account and have your data deleted. We will keep the minimum order records the tax office requires.
  • Unsubscribe from any product update emails. There is also an unsubscribe link in every one.

If we change this policy, the current version is always the one on this page.
